TWOFOLD WORLDVIEW

TALENT RELEASE AND NAME, VOICE, LIKENESS AGREEMENT

GRANT OF RIGHTS

For valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I grant to Twofold Worldview, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, partners, successors, licensees, assigns, and affiliated organizations ("Producer"), the irrevocable right to photograph, record, film, interview, and otherwise capture my name, image, likeness, appearance, voice, performance, biographical information, and statements (collectively referred to as the "Content") in connection with the Project.

I authorize Producer to use, reproduce, edit, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, display, transmit, license, and otherwise exploit the Content in whole or in part in any manner and in any media now known or later developed, including but not limited to:

  • Documentary films

  • Educational programs

  • Film festivals

  • Television broadcasts

  • Streaming platforms

  • Social media platforms

  • Websites

  • Podcasts

  • Public exhibitions

  • Print publications

  • Promotional and fundraising materials

  • Educational and cultural programming

This authorization is granted worldwide, in perpetuity, and without geographic limitation.

OWNERSHIP OF CONTENT

I acknowledge and agree that all photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, interviews, written materials, and other Content created during the Project shall be the sole property of Twofold Worldview.

I understand that I have no ownership interest in the Content and no right to approve the finished product, edits, narration, soundtrack, promotional materials, or future uses of the Content.

EDITORIAL CONTROL

I understand and agree that the Producer may:

  • Edit, crop, alter, combine, modify, or adapt the Content.

  • Combine the Content with other photographs, recordings, music, graphics, text, artwork, or audiovisual materials.

  • Use excerpts rather than the entirety of interviews or recordings.

  • Create derivative works based on the Content.

Producer agrees not to knowingly use the Content in a defamatory, fraudulent, or unlawful manner.

COMPENSATION

I understand that my participation is voluntary unless otherwise agreed in writing.

I acknowledge that I am not entitled to royalties, residuals, profits, additional compensation, or future payments arising from the use of the Content unless separately agreed in writing.

RELEASE OF CLAIMS

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and discharge Twofold Worldview, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, funders, partners, successors, licensees, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from or related to:

  • Use of the Content

  • Publication of the Content

  • Editing of the Content

  • Distribution of the Project

  • Promotional or educational uses of the Content

This release includes claims based upon rights of publicity, privacy, defamation, emotional distress, copyright, or any similar claim.

CULTURAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES

I understand that Twofold Worldview is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to bridge humanity through:

  1. Meaningful Conversations

  2. Film

  3. Music, Art, and Education

  4. Wellness

I acknowledge that my participation may contribute to educational, cultural, artistic, historical, wellness-related, or community-development initiatives consistent with the mission of the organization.

PRIVACY

Twofold Worldview will make reasonable efforts to protect personal information collected through this release.

I understand that my contact information and personal identifying information will not be publicly disclosed except:

  • As required by law;

  • To protect legal rights;

  • To administer licenses and permissions;

  • To facilitate production, distribution, educational, or archival activities.

MINORS

If Talent is under eighteen (18) years of age, the undersigned Parent or Legal Guardian represents and warrants that:

  • They are the lawful parent or guardian of the Talent;

  • They have authority to execute this Release on behalf of the Talent;

  • They consent to the Talent's participation in the Project;

  • They grant all rights described in this Release.

ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES

This Agreement may be signed electronically, digitally, by scanned PDF, or by any other legally recognized electronic means.

Electronic signatures shall be deemed equivalent to original signatures and shall be fully enforceable.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of New Mexico without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in New Mexico.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I have carefully read and understand this Talent Release and Name, Voice, Likeness Agreement.

I understand the rights I am granting and voluntarily agree to the terms contained herein.
